Investors have made a strong comeback as far as investing in real estate, especially in the center of Barcelona.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Of the total amount of investments made during 2016 by the family offices managed by Cat Real Estate<\/strong>, 30% are the equivalent to the residential market, while 70% come from the tertiary sector (offices and premises).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The real estate agency Cat Real Estate, which manages the assets of investment companies (family office) in Madrid and Barcelona, closes 2016 with record numbers in the assets purchase, taking in to account only in the city of Barcelona, worth 30 million.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n
