La ventaja del alquiler radica en que mensualmente recibes las rentas y con poco esfuerzo o nulo en caso que subcontrates la gesti\u00f3n a un Property Manager o Administrador de inmuebles tendr\u00e1s dinero cada mes de forma pasiva.<\/p>\n<p>Somos unos defensores de la generaci\u00f3n de ingresos mediante al alquiler inmobiliario. Es una forma clara de obtener rentas y establecida internacionalmente. La tranquilidad de generar rentas mediante el alquiler te la dar\u00e1 la elecci\u00f3n de un buen Property Manager para que se ocupe de las tareas del inmueble. Relaci\u00f3n con el inquilino, gesti\u00f3n administrativa con la administraci\u00f3n, poner en mercado el inmueble en caso de quedarse vac\u00edo,... y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>En esta secci\u00f3n vamos a hablar del alquiler de inmuebles en su totalidad.
